The Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector includes a 5 ft. cable sensor which detects water along its entire length. Additional cables can be added, extending the sensor length up to 500 ft., allowing you to loop and lay the sensor through a basement or utility room. These easy to install leak detectors can be placed near trouble spots like the sump pump, water heater, washer and under sinks.

The Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector is supported by the Honeywell Home app. The app provides a quick and convenient means of controlling Resideo devices from anywhere. Whether you're home or away, you'll have immediate access to your detector via the app. This can be invaluable in alerting you to water leaks or frozen pipes regardless of your setting. The Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector also works with Alexa and Google Assistant.

2. Temp and Humidity: When your temperature and humidity is outside the default or custom settings in your Honeywell Home App

3. When the device goes offline:

4. Low Battery Level:

Taking care of multiple properties that have already had multiple water issues this is just common sense. Now we will know within minutes instead of days. We are betting on cost of damages to drop drastically. Wish I had known about these sooner.

We've had a Honeywell leak detector for a couple of years, and it has helped us prevent water damage by catching leaks in the mechanical room a couple of times. I just purchased this second unit after missing a leaking fitting in the laundry room. It is a good device to provide piece of mind against water damage.

Worry no more. This device has taken worry off my shoulder. We have had problems with water in our utility room several time over the years and didn't find it until we had damage to replace carpet. With this detector I get a message when water is sensed. The Freeze Detector will help this winter.
