I received my order very quickly as usual.
Excellent product ! Have used for several years with no problems.
We live in an apartment with baseboard heat and during the winter it gets very dry. Our Honeywell humidifier keeps enough moisture in the air. We change the filters regularly, and Honeywell makes it very easy to maintain an adequate supply. I made the mistake of clicking on an alternate supplier which, after a week, had not yet shipped, Cancelled that order, got back to Honeywell and new filters were on their way promptly, and the cost was quite competitive. Only go to the source!
I love this humidifier. The filters are easy to purchase and install. We have two humidifiers and they make the house MUCH more comfortable in the winter.

I tried to buy a filter at Amazon and Walmart but couldn't figure out which one to get. All the choices for the "same thing!" I also have a Honeywell air purifier and had the same problem, Chinese knockoffs all over and wondering if they would even fit, not to mention actually do what they are supposed to do. So, now, I just order them from Honeywell. They are delivered quickly and I don't have to wonder. These particular replacements actually look better than the one that came in the unit.
Product is easy to use, install, remove. Easily replaced after use of approximately two to three months.
These filters work as advertised. I have been using them for several years with complete success.

This filter is specifically engineered for the Honeywell HEV600 Series of Top Fill Tower Humidifiers. Compatible models include:
- HEV615 Series: HEV615, HEV615B (Black), HEV615W (White).
- HEV620 Series: HEV620, HEV620B (Black), HEV620W (White).
The updated Filter T design includes a visible blue outer layer. This pre-filter serves two purposes:
