The Honeywell TP70WKN 50 Pint (70 Pint 2019 DOE Standard)* Energy Star Dehumidifier effectively removes moisture to protect walls, curtains, furniture and appliances from mold and mildew. An ideal addition for medium to large rooms such as basements, crawl spaces, dens, bedrooms and bathrooms, this ENERGY STAR qualified dehumidifier provides powerful moisture removal with minimal energy consumption. The continuous drain option allows you to continuously drain the condensate water for long unattended operation. This Honeywell Dehumidifier includes a smart digital humidistat control system that automatically senses room moisture levels and activates dehumidification to help maintain desired humidity levels. Smart digital controls offer fast and convenient operation while a unique and elegant front mirage display will allow you to monitor humidity changes from across the room.
Hassle-free maintenance via separate alerts for a full tank and filter cleaning make this an easy dehumidifier to maintain. The water tank is equipped with patent-pending Splash Guards to avoid messy spills. A drain tube has also been included for long unattended operation. The dehumidifier's washable dust filter helps reduce dust and impurities in the air, while being able to be easily cleaned under a faucet. No replacement filters required. Mobility has also been addressed with the inclusion of a heavy-duty handle that can withstand up to 150 lbs. Smooth gliding wheels and a cord winder will allow you to easily transfer this energy star dehumidifier from one room to the next.

Honeywell 70-Pint Energy Star Dehumidifier for Larger Rooms Reviews
I bought this to keep the humidity in my basement below 50% and it does a great job. I read a few reviews that said this was noisy, but for a 70 pint, this is NOT NOISY at all. The humidistat is spot on with two different humidity gauges so I know its accurate. The high speed fan is quiet and really moves air. Having the continuous drain option that doesn't require a connection to the water tank is a great addition and you get a 5 Year Warranty!
Pleased with the Honeywell Store, and the unit. Looks good. Quiet. Easy to operate, to empty the accumulated water, and to relocate about the rooms. This one is in the Man Cave. I anticipate purchasing another unit, for the adjacent Home Office space. Recommended.
We are very happy with the quality of our dehumidifier! Very well built, and is doing what it is intended to do.
I use the TP70WKN Dehumidifier in a large basement workshop. It was easy to unpack out of the box. I turned it on and it started right up. It runs quietly. I have to empty it once or twice a day. It is exactly what I expected.
Works excellent and very quite!
Great product! Great customer service! Great price!
I use the Honeywell TP70WKN in our basement family room, which is below ground level. It keeps the Relative Humidity at about 35%. It also runs very quietly. I have to empty the bucket about once per day. When the dehumidifier arrived, I took it out of the box and plugged it in. No problems at all. Over the years, I have had several other brands of dehumidifiers, but I think that the most dependable have been the Honeywell Dehumidifiers.
looks great, runs great, hope it lasts
East setup. Appears to be working good. Fingers crossed it will last longer then prior products from other sources.
I have two levels I am trying this unit on. The lower has the furnace/AC vents closed because temperature is already low enough. The Honeywell fixed the clammy feeling. Happy with that. The upper level I am raising the thermostat AC about 4 degrees and still staying comfortable even when it was nearly 90 degrees outside. Happy with that too. My experiment is leading me to potentially get a second unit. It becomes a choice made by the electric bill - using 500W dehumidifier more AND 3500W central air less.
