The HL series is a new addition to the contemporary, stylish and powerful Honeywell Portable Air Conditioners. The HL14CESWB 14,000 BTU Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner combines 3-in-1 technology into one sleek body, cooling and dehumidifying areas up to 700 sq. ft. It features an environmentally friendly refrigerant, auto-evaporation system, a reliable dehumidifying function as well as a traditional three speed fan-only function. The HL14CESWB is a convenient portable air conditioner that delivers optimum cooling, dehumidification and fresh ventilation.
The full-function remote control allows you to operate each feature from across the room. Unlike a fixed air conditioner unit, the Honeywell Portable Air Conditioner requires no permanent installation and the smooth-gliding caster wheels provide easy mobility from room to room. What's more, the auto evaporation system allows for hours of continuous operation with no water to drain or no bucket to empty (this operation depends on the humidity level at your location). A special sleep mode setting allows you to control the temperature for comfort during the night. This portable air conditioner comes with everything needed including a flexible exhaust hose and an easy-to install window venting kit. The window vent can be removed when the unit is not in use.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY
Window Bracket Installation:
It is recommended that this unit be installed close to a window for proper venting. Make sure you have a window that can be opened and is at least 26.6" (inches) wide (bracket can extend to 49.6"). Adjust the window bracket as per width or height of your window and insert the plastic pin to fix at the desired position.

I really LOVE MY GIFTED HONEYWELL!!!!!! It is really easy to use and very powerful cooling the house and pulling hot air out. I really love the reusable air filters that I clean and don't have to replace. I would totally recommend this product and others made by Honeywell because the qualities bar none. Bar raiser type products that are my go to first.
The unit performs as expected and the quality is good. Very simple use. However, I was surprised that the baffle that goes in the window was sized at 26†and 36†to 52â€. I built my house 7 years ago and put in standard size double hung windows. A size required by the building code. They have an interior dimension of 34â€. I had to cut the baffle shorter on my table saw to fit the interior dimension of the window. It did not just fit in like the video shows. Other than that the unit is great.

I bought 2 of these, 14,000 BTU and 10,000 BTU for a 2-bedroom apartment with no air flow and couldn't be happier. They are quiet, efficient at cooling, and provide great airflow with just the fan on. I was most concerned about noise and am happy that they are so quiet. I am very pleased with my purchase and they will make my summer in NYC so much better.
The unit blows really cold air and is very easily comparable to my 15,000 BTU window AC by another manufacturer. The self-opening vent is a great feature so when the AC is not running, air from the outside won't go through the hose and feed back into the home. The operation is simple. The self-evaporation feature is great for me. It rolls easily. I'm putting this unit in my barn which is not insulated. At the most, I just want the moisture taken out of the air and perhaps the temp to come down a bit. This unit does that just fine. And I'm venting this unit in the crawl space on the barn, to the carport under the floor so I don't even need a window. The equipment that came with the unit is perfect for me to mount to the floor. I'll just use a screen to make sure to keep out any critters. Very satisfied!
We purchased the portable AC unit to duct out the windows of our classrooms to cool our rooms in an Elementary school and the project was successful...
