Since placement of the Honeywell QuietCare True HEPA Air Purifier with Germ Reduction in our kids room we've seen or rather felt a major change in the air quality of their room, very satisfied with product so far.
Works just like as advertised. I like how clear and easy the directions are written and the quiet operation even on a higher speed. Very happy and satisfied with this product!
We have had our Honeywell 17000-S so long I cant remember when we bought it but I would guess it is over 15 years. It is fairly quiet on the low setting but a bit noisy on high. I run it just at night in my bedroom on the low or medium setting most of the time. It must be a well made machine to have lasted so long. It definitely helps a lot and I can tell when the outer filter needs changing. Less sneezing & stuffy nose at night. You can't go wrong on buying this one!

Already have 1 of these filters and wanted another since they are sooo good at cleaning the air and also are quiet. I have numerous allergies and they are excellent at getting dust and other allergens out of the air.
I bought this for my daughter who just had a baby. There is some mold under sink. Keeps air safe and cool.

Very pleased with the product I've used prior versions as well. Machine is attractive, quiet, easy to clean and change filter. Room air smells cleaner in few days of use.
This is the 5th one of these I have owned. I have been using them for over 20 years. My previous machine quit working and within a week I was sneezing like crazy and constantly blowing my nose.. Within a week of getting the new one I was much better. This is excellent for allergies. It is a bit noisy though and the lights are extremely bright, so much so in fact, that I have to close my eyes when I turn the machine on. I would leave it on 24/7 but it is too noisy for me to sleep. I would recommend this machine to anybody with allergies.

Put this over 8 years ago into my daughter's bedroom. She now has difficulty sleeping without it the noise is like a white noise machine and has given her a better sleep with clean air and no use dampening sounds so she doesn't pay attention to dogs running on wood floor or washing machine this air cleaner is a winner.
I'm allergic to pollen, dust etc... this machine works great. I just love it. Also love the white noise sound it makes not loud at all. The blue light on machine works as a great nite light to. My room is huge so I like that feature.
I e been using my Honeywell air purifier for a few weeks now And have found the air in my apt to be much fresher and moist. I highly recommend this product as for it is efficient and not as pricey as some of its competitors
