A huge shout out to Honeywell customer service. I have five of these fans in my home. Four are outside in the tough Florida climate. They are almost five years old but still work great and are quiet. In the recent hurricane one of the fans was blown so hard it smashed the blade against the ceiling, bending the blade arm. There was no way to straighten it and I thought I may be faced with replacing the entire fan, or worse, multiple fans if I could not get a matching one. The Honeywell support was second to none. They were careful to identify the exact fan model and then provided me replacement fan arms. I cannot say how happy I am with both this product and the wonderful service. Thank you Honeywell!
