I received the unit in no time. We have had a heat wave in Western Washington and this unit came in just in time. The price was great, the unit is easy to set up. I'm pleased thus far with the purchase.
Really pleased with this unit - it's relatively powerful, relatively quiet at least compared to the one it replaced, and I really like the remote digital display and feature set. The one thing I will say against it is that the window bracket design leaves a lot to be desired, it really seems to insist on being on the *right* side of the window, which wasn't feasible in our case putting it on the left has it upside down, which causes problems with the cone plugging into the bracket, so I had to do some jerry-rigging to make it work for our setup. I would probably give it 4.5 stars for that hassle, but that's not an option here. :
