Simple product, works well.
It's just what I needed and very easily installed.
The doorbell is OK. However the sticky tape provided for the doorbell failed to attach to the outside wall. Had to purchase Velcro kit secure bell to wall. There was no manual. Lacked instructions for chimes to work properly. Required call to Tech Support to get the bell to work properly. Now all is working as it should. Product is well designed except as noted.
This door chime works very well and was extremely easy to install. Very happy with this purchase.

We're very happy with doorbell and like the features of 1] chime adjustment, 2] plug-in of base unit at 120 outlet, 3] wireless button send., 4] separate button replacement availability. [awaiting measurement of button batt life -should be long]. Thanks, Joe.
Product works great for older apt. buildings. Love that this model has programmable signal so that they can be used on side by side units.
We bought this because our old doorbell broke and the installation was very easy. There is no wiring with this doorbell. It has a battery in the push button that we may have to replace someday. The price was reasonable and we bought an extra push button because we have two doors that needed a doorbell. This was a good solution for us. I recommend it.
