This worked out great. Took about 15 minutes to install- had modify the Clip bracket for easier mounting- involved drilling a new screw hole. Bracket mounted nicely-- clipped in the new unit w/ the Battery- pressed the button and DING DONG. Success- Tom E

WELL THIS ITEM WORKED OUT WELL, I LIKED THE ADDED DOOR SURFACE MT. PUSH BUTTON DEVICE IT FITS THE SIDE DOOR IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE- IT HAS ITS ON SOUND TO LET YOU KNOW ITS THE REAR BELL -YES YOUY PROGRAM IT YOUR SELF !!! SO YEA GO GET ONE FOR YOURSELF

Works very well but a better sdheasive could be applied so that permanent mountinbg wouyld not be necessary
